As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, my approach is grounded in collaboration and curiosity. I believe that therapy should reflect your unique strengths, experiences, and goals. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work with you to explore what’s meaningful in your life and help you move toward lasting, self-directed change.
My clinical work draws from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. These modalities allow me to support clients with managing difficult emotions, building resilience, clarifying values, and navigating change in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

I aim to create a space where you can show up as yourself—without pressure or judgment—and explore the areas of life that matter most to you.
